by the way sir, we have gone to the city library [from city hall] to inform them about our plan. the city secretary said that it's open to the public. we just need to make a letter for formality's sake, accordingly. however, van insisted that i should ask you first the objectives of our transaction before i start writing the letter. in which case, i shall remind you on monday sir.
